Ada Wong Biography

Ada Wong is a character from the Resident Evil videogame series. It’s often hard to guess exactly who or what Ada Wong is working for. Generally, though, it’s safe to assume that she’s keeping her real motivations secret. In her many appearances throughout the Resident Evil series, Ada has never been anything less than a double agent, and sometimes she’s played even more different ends against the middle.
She made her first appearance in Resident Evil 2, when she helped Leon Kennedy out of a jam or two while zombies overran Raccoon City. At the time, she claimed to be searching for her boyfriend, an Umbrella Corporation executive, but that was merely a cover for her real mission, an attempt to secure a sample of the dangerous G-Virus.

During their adventure together, Ada developed something of a soft spot for Leon, and the two would meet again several years later in Europe, during the events of Resident Evil 4. There, Ada’s latest masquerade had her pretending to assist Albert Wesker in his campaign to revive Umbrella, while in fact she was working against him in service to some unnamed third party. She may or may not have survived that particular adventure, but chances are she managed to squeeze through somehow.
While you’d think someone with so many hidden motivations would prefer to keep a low profile, Ada seems to get a kick out of playing the femme fatale. She favors slinky evening dresses – usually in red – and when she really needs one, she always seems to have a rocket launcher handy.
